This newly renovated building has a total of 9 units. Three in the basement, three on the main and 3 on the upper. 

109 Brunetville

A small four unit complex. Large two bedroom units that each have their own washer dryer hook-up. 

8 & 10 Balsam

Both buildings are identical in layout. Each building has 4 units total. There are 2 basement units per building and two main floor units which have a town house feel to them. Both buildings have access to a back yard.

10 Riverside

This building has a total of 5 units. Three of these units have been newly renovated with a modern look. 

93 Byng

Also known as the old OPP Station, this building has 4, main floor, residential units.

14 McPherson

This is one of our Senior Residents building. This building has a total of 16 units. Common washing and drying facilities are available for tenants. Tenants also have the option of renting a small garage for an extra fee. 

110 Brunetville Rd

This building has a total of 15 units in it. Each unit has it's own storage locker for extra storage space. One, two and three bedroom units are available here.

28 Stewart

There is a total of 5 units in this building. They are all two bedroom units. 

6 Riverside

These two buildings are both 6 Riverside. In the front building there is 4 units total. In the back building there is an extra 2 units.

Centennial Court

There are 4 separate buildings that fall under Centennial Court. Numbers 2, 4, 6 and 8. Every building has a common washer/dryer facility. One, two or three bedroom units are available here. 

9 Balsam

There is a total of 4 apartments in this complex. Some units have been newly renovated.

2 Radisson

A total of 9 units occupy this building. One, two and three bedrooms are available here. 

87 Mundy

This building has 2 units per floor (basement, main, upper). There are one and two bedrooms available.

18 Cournoyer

This building has 7 units total. One, two and three bedrooms are available here. Our three bedroom unit has a town house feel to it.

8 Spruce

A small 3 unit building with two of them being newly renovated

8 Lang

Very similar to 14 McPherson, this is another one of our Senior Residents building. This building also has a total of 16 units. Common washing and drying facilities are available for tenants. Tenants also have the option of renting a small garage for an extra fee. 

3 Queen

There is 2 residential units on the upper floor of this building. Both units give a town house feel considering they have 2 floors (living on one and bedrooms on the other)

There is a total of 4, 1 bedroom, units in this building.
